These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of almightyelectric.org and your online interactions with Almighty Electric LLC (“Almighty Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, requesting information, or scheduling an electrical assessment, you agree to these Terms. A separate estimate, work order, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional terms; if there is a conflict regarding paid electrical work, the signed project document controls.

Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice. It is not a substitute for an on-site electrical evaluation, a written estimate, or advice from an authority having jurisdiction. Photos, descriptions, and examples do not guarantee that a particular service, product, schedule, or result is available for every property.
REQUESTS, ESTIMATES, AND APPOINTMENTS
An online request or scheduled assessment is not an acceptance of a project and does not guarantee service at a particular time. We may contact you to confirm details, availability, service area, and next steps. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions known when prepared. Hidden conditions, inaccurate information, code requirements, material changes, or additional requested work may require a revised estimate or written change order.
Please provide accurate contact, property, access, and project information. The Electrical Assessment service fee is $85 and will be disclosed during booking or confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any project-specific deposit, cancellation, travel, diagnostic, or additional service-call charge will be disclosed before it applies.
ELECTRICAL EMERGENCIES
This website and online scheduling are not monitored emergency services. Although Almighty Electric offers 24/7 electrical response, online messages and appointments are not guaranteed to be reviewed immediately. If there is fire, smoke, a strong burning odor, active arcing, an immediate shock hazard, or danger to life or property, leave the area when safe and call 911 or the appropriate emergency utility. Do not touch exposed wiring or energized equipment.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and work area; identifying known hazards, restrictions, utilities, and property rules; securing required owner, landlord, condominium, or association approvals; keeping children and pets away from the work area; and reviewing project documents before authorizing work.
PERMITS, INSPECTIONS, AND CODE REQUIREMENTS
Permits and inspections may be required depending on the work and jurisdiction. Responsibility, cost, and timing for permits or inspections will be addressed in the applicable estimate or service agreement. Existing conditions elsewhere on a property may fall outside the agreed scope of work.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and due dates are governed by the applicable booking disclosure, estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Online content is not a binding project price quote. You agree to pay authorized charges according to the applicable documents.
WARRANTIES
Warranty coverage may be available for eligible installations only as stated in the written proposal, estimate, invoice, or service agreement for the specific project. Scope, duration, exclusions, and any manufacturer coverage vary by job and materials. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to its terms. No website statement creates a warranty beyond the written project documents. Contact us to review the terms that apply to your project.
COMMUNICATIONS AND SMS TERMS
By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry, appointment, estimate, or project. If you separately consent to marketing texts, Almighty Electric may also send promotional or follow-up messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
